Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare a wide variety of Dim Sum & Noodle options to guests
  • Assist in creating a fine traditional Chinese Dim Sum and Chinese noodles menu
  • Ensure a fine taste of the food and deliver the best guest experience
  • Direct and supervise the CHefs of the assigned station/section of the outlet for preparing food items
  • Ensure that products are of high quality
  • Conduct training program for Dim Sum & Noodles Chefs
  • Ensure preparation and presentation of all food items are at its best and authentic
  • Carry out other duties as and when required by the Executive Chef and Chinese Chef De Cuisine

 

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
  • Basic Computer skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is prefered
  • Chinese/Malaysian Nationality
  • Monimum 02 years of experience in the similar role in a Hotel/Resort Set-up
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to Multi-task and strong and effective communication skills
  • Confident in dealing with Guests
